- All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise

- Orders are processed within 2–5 working days
- Delivery time varies by location
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
- Delays caused by courier services are beyond our control

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Since all our items are handcrafted and fragile:
We do NOT offer returns
However:
Exchanges are possible only if:
- The item arrives damaged or broken
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- You share clear photos and unboxing video as proof
- The product is unused and in original packaging
Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot accept damage claims.
7. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after work has started.
Production timelines for custom orders are estimates and may vary.

All designs, photos, logos, descriptions, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Jamall ul Khatt.
Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
